Chef Angelo Sosa and 1st Look’s Jackie Tranchida tried a modern version of Korean Bibimbap and Bulgogi with Byung Woo Lee, executive chef at Lotte Hotel in South Korea. They experienced the rich, historic Korean cuisine with various Banchan, which are small side dishes including Kimchi, steamed rice, vegetables, seafood and soup. They ate on a royal table like a king and queen from the Joseon Dynasty which was founded in 1392 and governed Korea over 500 years.
